The Minister's Armor
Ephesians 6:10-18
"Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord
and in the power of His
might. Put on the whole armor of God that you
may be able to stand
against the wiles of the devil. For we do not
wrestle against flesh and
blood, but against principalities, against
powers, against the rulers oI
the darkness of this age, against spiritual
hosts of wickedness in the
heavenly places.
Therefore take up the whole armor of God that
you may be able to
with stand in the evil day, and having done
all, to stand. Stand
therefore, having girded your waist with trath,
having put on the
breastplate of righteousness,and having shod
your feet with the
preparation of the gospel of peace; above all,
taking the shield of
faith with which you will be able to quench
all the fiery darts of the
wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation,
and the sword of the
Spirit,which is the word of God;praying always
with all prayer and
supplication in the Spirit, being watchful
to this end with all
perseverance and supplication for all the saints".
The Ministerns Job Description
o Administers healing to bruised and wounded
sheep.
o Carefully monitors the growth of the flock.
o Creates a spirit of togetherness among the
flock.
o Desigrs new ways to keep the flock together.
o Develops a spirit of adventure, happiness
and contentment.
o Directs the flock in sound doctrine.
o Encourages the sheep to graze on higher ground.
o Feeds the.flock a balanced diet.
o Gives each member of the flock personal attention.
o Grooms and nurtures the flock.
o Guards and protects the flock.
o Helps the sheep stay healthy and vibrant
o lnstructs in following paths of righteousness
and peace.
o Is faithful in his/trer duties as a guardian.
o Is known for sound speech.
o Knows the best routes to clear and healthy
water
o Leads the flock by day and night.
o Protects and cares for young sheep.
o Provides peace through assurance and safety.
o Provides an afinosphere ofcontentnent.
o Reminds the flock of their responsibilities
to reproduce'
o Restores sheep who have fallen.
o Searches for sheep who have gone astay.
o Serves as a role model for the flock.
o sets a watch so sheep will not be influenced
to leave the
flock.

edifies'
o Trains sheep to lead other sheeP.

Jesus said, "All authority has been given to
Me in heaven and on
earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all
the nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father and of the Son
and of the Holy Spirit;
teaching them to observe all things that I
have commanded you; and
lo, I am with you always even unto the end
of the age", Matthew
28:20.

Ministers of God's
sanctuary, with the authority to preach, teach,
publish and defend the
Gospel of Jesus Christ; and we hereby charge
you to live a life of
faithfulness to God, to His Word and to His
commands. As a
Commissioned Officer and Minister in God's
sanctuary, you are
hereby commissioned to:
o Leads the flock by day and night.
o Protects and cares for young sheep.
o Provides peace through assurance and safety.
o Provides an afinosphere ofcontentnent.
